1. About StatusAI

StatusAI is an AI-powered content generation platform that helps users create:

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

5. AI-generated content

StatusAI uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate content. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or offensive.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of generated content.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing content before using, publishing, or sharing it.
• Generated content does not constitute professional, legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice.

6. User content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you represent that:

• You have the necessary rights to use the content.
• The content does not violate any third-party rights.
• The content complies with applicable laws.

You grant N-Flow a limited license to process your content solely for providing and improving the Services.

7. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in StatusAI, including software, branding, logos, graphics, and design elements, remain the property of N-Flow or its licensors. These Terms do not grant ownership of our intellectual property.

8. Subscription services

Certain features may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription:

• You authorize payment through the applicable app store.
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled.
• Pricing may change in the future.
• Premium features remain available only during an active subscription.

Subscription management and cancellations are handled through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

9. Free usage limits

Certain features may be subject to daily or monthly usage limits. N-Flow reserves the right to:

• Modify generation limits.
• Introduce or remove quotas.
• Restrict access to specific features.
• Change premium feature availability.

10. Advertisements

The free version of StatusAI may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners. We are not responsible for products, services, or content offered by third-party advertisers.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, N-Flow disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of AI-generated content.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, N-Flow shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or loss of data arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

15. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• Illegal activity is suspected.
• Your use creates risk for our Services or users.

You can also delete your account anytime via the Delete Account page.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
